1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted only for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in its original packaging.
- Returned with proof of purchase (order confirmation).
- Items damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or handling after delivery are not eligible for return.
2. Return Request Process
- Customers must notify us within 3 days of receiving the order if they wish to return an item.
- To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the product (if damaged/defective)
3. Refunds
- Since we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD) payments:
- If the return is approved, refunds will be issued in cash at the time of product pickup or via bank transfer (if preferred).
- Refunds will cover the full purchase amount of the product.
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the error was on our side (wrong/damaged item).
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Products used or damaged after delivery.
- Clearance or discounted items (marked “Final Sale”).
- Accessories or consumables without their original packaging.
5. Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
- If you need a replacement, you may return the eligible product (as per our policy) and place a new order.
